Udon with shrimp
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Udon noodles are made without eggs, unlike ramen, so udon takes slightly longer to cook, but such noodles have a longer shelf life. However, the calorie content of udon noodles is quite high: 384 kcal per 100 grams of dry product. It's better not to overindulge, but it's worth preparing this delicious dish once a week. After all, it's a healthier choice than fast food. Serve hot.
