
Grated Raspberry Pie
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For the pie you can use either fresh or frozen raspberries. If you use frozen raspberries, do not thaw the berries before cooking the filling. Before serving, cool the bake thoroughly so the filling sets and does not run out. Bookmark this recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Prepare the filling. Transfer the raspberries into a saucepan. Add the sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

When the mixture becomes uniform, remove from heat and add the starch. Quickly stir, return to the heat, and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla.

Add vegetable oil. Mix.

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and starch.

Start mixing the dough with a fork. As soon as it begins to form clumps, knead by hand.

Divide the prepared dough into two unequal portions. Wrap two thirds of the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Add 1.5 tbsp flour to one third of it and fold it in.

Then wrap in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.

When the time is up, take most of the dough out of the refrigerator. Put it in a baking pan. Spread it with your hands to form the base and the sides.

Spread the filling. Distribute evenly.

Take the smaller portion of dough out of the freezer and grate it on the coarse side of a grater for the filling. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
