Pumpkin roll with chocolate filling
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Pumpkin roll is often made with a cream cheese filling, but don't limit yourself—feel free to experiment. Pumpkin pairs very well with chocolate, nuts, and honey. For pumpkin puree, you can bake or boil the pumpkin and then mash it, or simply use canned pumpkin puree. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
