Description
The recipe won't take much time. I've described it in the instructions. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Sift flour with baking powder into a deep bowl. Also add white sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

2. Next, add pumpkin puree, soft butter, and warm milk.

3. Mix the dough with a whisk. Transfer to a baking pan.

4. Make the topping by mixing hot water with brown sugar. Then pour it over the dough.

5. Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
