Pumpkin pie in a bread maker

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. 1. First, in a deep bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil). 2. Finely grate the pumpkin (you can also process it in a blender). 3. Add the pumpkin mixture to the egg mixture. Then add flour. Mix thoroughly until smooth, with no lumps. 4. Pour the prepared batter into the bread machine pan. 5. Bake the pumpkin cake in the bread machine for one hour. The cake turns out not too sweet, but very aromatic. You can add spices to the batter (cinnamon, nutmeg). It's delicious served with jam and tea. You can also prepare icing and drizzle it over the cake. Additionally, you may add nuts or raisins to the batter. The baked good is ready. Serve at the table.
