
Pumpkin rolls with liver
Description
Making pumpkin liver rolls is actually not difficult at all, and the result will delight you. The rolls turn out tender, aromatic, and very delicious! I recommend all liver lovers give them a try! This dish is complete on its own and doesn't require a side. Serve the rolls with fresh vegetables, herbs, and your favorite sauce.

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the liver in advance and let it cool.

Grate the liver on a coarse grater.

Sauté one onion, diced, with butter and add it to the liver.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix. The filling is ready.

Grate the remaining onion, potato, and pumpkin on a coarse grater.

Add flour, eggs, salt, and pepper or any other spices to taste.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the vegetable mixture onto it in the form of a patty, flattening it with a spoon. Try to make the patties as thin as possible. Depending on their diameter, you'll get 4-6 patties. I ended up with 4 patties.

Place the liver filling on the pumpkin pancake, fold in the edges, and roll it up.
