Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. What surprised me about this recipe is that it's quite simple and doesn't take long to make. The dough is yeast-free, so there's no need for rising, and it's easy to knead. Try it for yourself once you've tried it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. In a deep skillet, melt the butter for the dough.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cloves, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, ginger, and baking powder.

3. Then pour the oil into a separate container, add the eggs and sugar. Mix everything together.

5. Now mix the dry mixture with the liquid. Knead the dough.

6. Place the dough into a special donut mold or other individual molds in portions, making a hole in the center.

8. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then mix it with milk and powdered sugar until smooth.
