Pumpkin muffins with nuts
Description
The baking is simple and quick. It's better to make these muffins using whole grain flour; rye flour will also work. You can add a mix of nuts. Serve the muffins with tea, or even better, with milk or cocoa. Substitute the nuts with pumpkin or sunflower seeds, dried fruits, or chocolate. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
