Description

The baking is simple and quick. The cupcakes should be served after cooling. You can make icing using lemon juice and sugar, cream cheese, whipped cream, or any other kind. You can also leave the cupcakes plain, as their highlight is the taste. For the cupcakes, the pumpkin should be pureed or you can use ready-made puree. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

    1. In two separate bowls, combine the dry ingredients: both types of flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices (1 teaspoon each of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg), salt, and sugar. In another bowl, mix together: pumpkin puree, olive oil, milk, honey, and eggs.
