Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Pumpkin baking is something special, so cozy and warm, sunny. And every time I try a new recipe, I’m amazed at how versatile and tasty this vegetable is. Sweet buns, cupcakes, garlic rolls, and a sea of recipes you can invent from the “queen of the garden”. Today I just can’t share the recipe for fluffy pumpkin buns scented with honey, cinnamon, ginger, and butter! Try them They can be served with tea or coffee.

    1. Prepare the ingredients. I made the pumpkin puree in advance, for the buns you need 200 g of ready puree. Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small slices and microwave for 12 minutes at 900 W. Then mash it with a fork and the puree is ready.

    7. Knead the dough, do not use more flour than I indicated, the dough should not be tough, otherwise the buns will not be as soft and fluffy as mine. Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot for 1 hour. I put it in a warm oven.

    8. After about an hour, we see that the dough has risen well. We proceed to shaping the buns.

    9. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Grease the table and your hands with oil as well. Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Shape the buns and place them at a short distance from each other. Put the buns in a warm oven for 20 minutes to rise. Set the oven to 180 °C and bake the buns for 25–30 minutes.
