Pumpkin and cottage cheese casserole
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. The key to a tasty and tender casserole is good, high-fat cottage cheese. I prefer using homemade, but store-bought 9% cottage cheese works well too. With it, the pumpkin-cottage cheese casserole turns out firm, not runny, yet rich. Try to choose ripe and sweet pumpkin when making this dish. Serve with tea or coffee.
