Pumpkin baked in foil
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The key to preparing pumpkin in foil is to maintain the necessary temperature in the part of the vegetable where the filling is located. Moreover, if juice is released from the pumpkin during baking, the foil will contain it and prevent spreading. This way, the pumpkin will be juicier, and you won't have to clean the baking tray :) Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash and dry the pumpkin. Then cut off the top as a lid, remove the seeds and fibers. If using honey, coat the inside flesh of the pumpkin with it. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Step 2

For the filling, peel the pears and cut them into large pieces, rinse the raisins. I don't use honey, but instead pour coconut milk into the pumpkin, and add the pears and raisins there as well.

Step 3

Take long pieces of foil, place them crosswise, then wrap the pumpkin with foil as shown in the photo, forming something like a bowl. Cover the pumpkin with a "lid."

Step 4

Place the pumpkin in the oven for about 2.5 hours. Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the pumpkin. Serve as a dessert. Can be drizzled with sweet sauce.
