Pumpkin Baked with Bacon
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. The salty and smoky flavor of bacon complements the sweetness of the pumpkin. I recommend using small muscat pumpkins; they are sweeter than regular ones, and the flavor will be more interesting. Serve the appetizer warm—you can serve it in the baking dish or transfer it to a plate. Serve with herbs and sauce.
