Pumpkin with mushrooms in the microwave
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pumpkin is a very healthy vegetable that can be used to make delicious and sophisticated desserts (ice cream, pies), as well as meat side dishes, porridges, and much more. It retains its beneficial properties and rich color even after heat treatment. Pumpkin with mushrooms cooks very quickly in the microwave, and this dish has long become one of my favorites. Serve hot.
