Pumpkin with millet
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Millet is greatly underrated, although it contains substances that help remove fats from the body. Pumpkin contains pectin, which improves intestinal function and cleanses the body of toxins. This porridge will make not only a delicious and healthy breakfast, but also a light dinner. You can season the porridge to taste with herbs, cream cheese, or make it sweet (with jam, honey, or berries). Serve hot.
