
Pumpkin with meat in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cooking pumpkin with meat in a multicooker is quite simple and doesn't require special culinary skills. You can use any meat you prefer—pork, beef, or chicken will work. Just keep in mind that cooking time may vary depending on the type of meat. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into pieces.

Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes slightly smaller than the pieces of meat.

Add to the pumpkin sliced onions in thin half-rings, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, add the meat, and cook on the "Sauté" setting, stirring occasionally, until a light golden crust forms. You can add a little water during cooking. Then add the pumpkin.

Cook on "Baking" or "Stewing" mode for 30 minutes. If the meat is tough, extend the cooking time as needed. However, if you cook the pumpkin for more than 20–30 minutes, it may become too soft. If you prefer vegetables al dente, keep this in mind and add the pumpkin only when the meat is almost done.
