
Cottage cheese marshmallow
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a very simple and inexpensive dessert that both adults and children will enjoy. If desired, instead of powdered sugar, you can add 2 tablespoons of fruit syrup. Feel free to get creative. Serve chilled.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour the gelatin with milk and leave for 20 minutes to swell.

Blend the cottage cheese with powdered sugar using an immersion blender.

Place the swollen gelatin over low heat. Stirring, dissolve the milk mixture until smooth.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the whipped cottage cheese.

Place the whipped mixture into molds or pipe it onto parchment paper using a pastry bag. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
