Cottage cheese cake in a multicooker (and without it)

Description

The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. All ingredients are added gradually to make the dough more tender. You can add sifted cocoa to one half of the dough, creating a two-tone cake. Serve it cooled :) It goes well with tea or coffee.

    1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the yolks. Add half of the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, then beat with a mixer.

    2. Next, add half of the cottage cheese to the bowl and mix.

    3. Then add the second half of the powdered sugar, cottage cheese, and half of the flour. Mix with a mixer, then add the remaining flour.

    4. Transfer the dough to another container and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt using a mixer. A thick foam should form.

    5. Combine the egg whites with the batter and gently stir in one direction using a wooden or silicone spatula.

    7. Crush the shortbread cookies into crumbs using a blender. Add soft butter and mix well.

    8. Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with butter. Press the cookie crumbs firmly with your fingers, forming small edges. Then add half of the batter and smooth it out.

    10. Bake the cake in "Baking" mode for 45 minutes. After turning off the program, let the cake sit for 15 minutes without removing it. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and thickener, then spread the mixture over the top of the cake.
