Cottage cheese cake with gelatin
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The cake turns out light and low-fat. There's no need to turn on the oven. Pour gelatin of different colors into containers and leave to set in the refrigerator. Mix cottage cheese, vanilla, and milk in a blender, then add gelatin dissolved in milk. Cut the set gelatin into cubes, place them into a mold, and pour the cottage cheese mixture over. Serve the ready dessert.
