Cheesecake with banana
Description
I especially love making this simple no-bake cake during hot weather, as there's no need to turn on the oven. To prepare the banana cottage cheese cake, you'll need one pack of medium-fat cottage cheese, two packs of gelatin, one packet of vanilla flavoring, and a couple of ripe bananas. You can also add berries or other fruits for decoration. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a blender, crush the cookies together with the butter into crumbs.
- 2
Step 2

Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of warm water.
- 3
Step 3

Using a blender, mix the cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream, then add vanilla sugar. Add two-thirds of the gelatin to the cottage cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Important: the gelatin must be lump-free, so you can also pass it through a sieve before adding to the cottage cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Press a layer of cookies evenly into the baking pan, then pour the cottage cheese mixture on top.
- 5
Step 5

Put the cake in the refrigerator. When it has slightly set, take it out and arrange banana slices on top. Dilute the remaining third of the gelatin with a little warm water and evenly spread it over the top of the cake. Return it to the refrigerator for about 5 hours (or preferably overnight) to fully set.

Step 6

A ready-made banana cheesecake looks approximately like this when sliced.

Step 7

The pastry is ready. Serve with tea.
