Cheese cake made with cookies
Description
I love no-bake cakes because they are easy to prepare, yet the result is very tasty and delicious. To make a cottage cheese biscuit cake, you'll need regular square-shaped biscuits (preferably, but not necessarily), low-fat cottage cheese or, in my case, sweetened cottage cheese spread. I used the one with banana flavor. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the sour cream and whisk thoroughly until thickened.
- 3
Step 3

Moisten the cookies in a small amount of milk.

Step 4

On a flat plate, begin assembling the cake: spread the first two layers (or first three) with sour cream mixed with sugar. Reserve some sour cream for the final coating of the cake.
- 5
Step 5

Spread the fourth layer with the cottage cheese mixture. If using cottage cheese, it's best to blend it in a blender beforehand to remove lumps and make it easier to spread. Slice the banana and place it on top of the cottage cheese, then cover the banana with another layer of the cottage cheese mixture.

Step 6

The last layer — cookies, you can use chocolate ones for variety.
- 7

Step 8

For a more festive version, sprinkle the cake with almond flakes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow it to soak.

If you have time and desire, you can prepare the icing and make decorations. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
