Description

   Mix the sour cream, kefir, and salt in a bowl. Take a colander and line it with cheesecloth. Pour the mixture into the colander and place it under a weight. Refrigerate for 2 days.

   After 2 days, mince the garlic and dill, add a pinch of salt, and mix everything together.

   From the resulting cheese, you can roll small balls coated in a garlic-dill mixture, or shape it into a sausage.
