Cottage cheese roll with apples
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Let the finished rolls cool slightly, as the filling may be very hot. I believe cinnamon goes perfectly with apples; if you don't share my opinion, omit the cinnamon from the recipe—you can add vanilla instead, or perhaps mint. You can make a classic roll and simply dust it with powdered sugar. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese, melted butter, flour, and sugar in a large container. Stir thoroughly, breaking up any lumps.

Step 2

Form two pieces of dough. Sprinkle the countertop with flour and roll out the dough on it.

Step 3

Grate the peeled apple on a coarse grater and place it on the rolled-out dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. You can also add vanilla.

Step 4

Now roll the cottage cheese dough with apples into a roll. Brush the top with the remaining butter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the apple rolls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake until done (check with a matchstick or toothpick).
