Cottage cheese pudding in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The cottage cheese pudding made in a multicooker turns out incredibly tender, airy, and light. Use medium-fat cottage cheese for preparation; homemade cottage cheese works great. You can add various berries, fruits, or dried fruits to the mixture, or use them to decorate the finished dessert. Thanks to the multicooker, the cooking process becomes much easier. Serve the dish cold, accompanied by sour cream or custard cream.

4. I don't remove the ready pudding from the mold immediately; I leave it for 10 minutes, then transfer it onto a plate, let it cool slightly, and serve.
