Low-calorie cottage cheese dessert with strawberries
Description
If you add a little gelatin to the cottage cheese mixture, mix it well, and place it onto a pastry base, you'll get a very tasty and festive dessert. The advantage of this recipe is that the dessert should be prepared directly in individual cups or muffin molds, so you won't need to cut it before serving. The dough made from banana puree and oat flakes holds its shape well after baking, allowing you to make the dessert without using flour or starch. Note that it's best to use soft, spreadable cottage cheese.
