Raspberry cheesecake
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. You can use cottage cheese of any fat content according to your taste, but make sure it's not too moist so the dough rises well and bakes through properly. Also, don't add too much raspberry, so the berries don't sink to the bottom of the cake. After baking, drizzle the pastry with sugar syrup or dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
