The process, while not complicated, requires time and patience. You can use fresh berries, berries mashed with sugar, or ready-made cranberry sauce. 1. The crust is quite simple: crush the cookies into crumbs, add butter. Mix well and spread evenly into a pan. Mash the cranberries and, if desired, add sugar to taste.

4. Place the pie into another oven-safe dish. Pour in hot water and carefully transfer it to the oven. Bake the cranberry cheesecake at home for about 20–30 minutes. Then turn off the oven, slightly open the oven door, and let the pie cool down (approximately 1 hour).
