Cottage cheese pie with pears
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The dough turns out excellent—very tender, yet dense and slightly heavy. To make the pie truly delicious and juicy, be sure to use ripe, soft pears! You can, of course, omit the cinnamon, but it gives pears a special aroma, so I always use it. Plus, it goes wonderfully with the cottage cheese. So, here's the recipe for cottage cheese pie with pears. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
