Cheesecake without crust
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. You might think this is not a pie, but a casserole. Call it whatever you like, but the main thing for me is that it's incredibly tasty and simple. There's no need to make a crust from shortcrust pastry or any other dough. To make a no-crust cottage cheese pie, I recommend using high-fat granular cottage cheese. Be sure to rub it through a sieve or blend it in a blender so there are no lumps in the pie. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, so the mixture is not grainy.
- 3
Step 3

A smooth cottage cheese mixture is obtained.
- 4
Step 4

Add eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, and semolina to the cottage cheese.
- 5
Step 5

Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the cottage cheese mixture, slightly cooled—do not add it hot. Reserve a little butter for greasing the baking dish.
- 6
Step 6

Grease the pan with the remaining butter, place the cottage cheese mixture in it, and let it stand for about 10 minutes so the semolina can swell.
- 7
Step 7

Wash the berries; if they are too large, cut them in half.
- 8
Step 8

Place the berries on top of the cottage cheese mixture and press them into it. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 9
Step 9

Dust the pie with powdered sugar and place it in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

The finished pie is golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
- 11
Step 11

You can serve it both hot and cold.
