Cottage cheese mousse with gelatin

Description

To prepare cottage cheese mousse with gelatin, blend fruits with cottage cheese into a puree, add gelatin dissolved in water and whipped egg white. Mix well, distribute the mousse into molds and chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Before serving, decorate with fruit pieces and chocolate shavings.
