Pour the yeast into warm milk.

Dissolve the yeast in milk, add sugar, flour. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in a warm spot for 10–15 minutes.

Add 2 eggs and 1 yolk to the cottage cheese. Set the egg white aside for making the glaze.

Add the sugar, softened butter, and mix.
