
Cheesecake Easter bread in a multicooker

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This is a classic recipe for preparing a cottage cheese Easter kulich in a multicooker. These kuliches usually don't resemble traditional Easter baked goods in taste, as they are made using a completely different recipe. Beat softened butter with sugar for 10 minutes using a mixer.

Add the mashed cottage cheese and beat for another 5 minutes. Then pour in the egg mixture and beat for another 2 minutes. Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add the flour mixture to the cottage cheese mixture, continuing to mix with the blender. Also add raisins, vanilla sugar, and finely chopped lemon zest. Mix for another 3–4 minutes.

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with butter and dust the surface with flour. Place the dough inside. Bake the kulich in the "Baking" mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
