
Cottage Cheese Cake with Raspberries
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. To make this loaf cake, choose dry, low-acid cottage cheese. If the curds in the finished bake bother you, blend it beforehand with a blender. Otherwise, the loaf is quick and easy to make. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
