Blueberry cheesecake muffin
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This cupcake recipe can be varied with other berries. However, depending on my mood, I might add some oat flakes, marshmallows, or pieces of white chocolate to these cupcakes. Just remember that when adding a sweet ingredient, you should reduce the amount of sugar to prevent the cupcakes from becoming overly sweet. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar until foam appears.
- 2
Step 2

Add cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter to them. Beat until smooth. Gradually add flour, breaking up lumps.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the berries, pour the batter over them, add a little sugar (to taste), and mix the berries with the batter.

Step 4

Transfer the dough into a muffin tin, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the muffins with sugar 5-7 minutes before the end; it will dissolve and form a sweet glaze.
