Cottage cheese dessert with banana
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cottage cheese desserts are trustworthy by nature, as it's always pleasant to enjoy something that is both delicious and healthy. Let's face it, it's rare to find people who don't tolerate dairy products. And if the dessert also includes fruits, then this one is definitely worth writing down and making regularly. Serve chilled.

Step 4

Cover the jelly with plastic wrap or a bag and place it in the refrigerator for half a day. It will take quite some time for the jelly to set completely. After 8 hours, it's ready to be taken out. Dip the bottom of the mold into warm water for 7 seconds. Quickly invert the jelly onto a serving plate.

Step 5

Grate the chocolate on a grater. I used milk chocolate for this. Sprinkle the crumbs on top. Cut off a piece. This is what our cheesecake-banana dessert looks like when sliced!
