Homemade pastries for tea. You can serve the waffles with jam, preserves, condensed milk, fresh berries and fruit, or honey. The waffles cook very quickly. Only 30 minutes and a tasty breakfast is on the table. Cottage cheese and apple waffles are a lovely way to get cottage cheese even into those who don't like it.

    Beat the eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.

    Add the cottage cheese and mash it well with the egg and sugar.

    Wash the apple, grate it on a coarse grater, and add it to the cottage cheese dough.
