Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. This cookie is also called "Goose Feet." You can use store-bought or homemade cottage cheese, even slightly sour cottage cheese. You may add cinnamon or vanilla to it. Using a mixer makes it easier to work with the dough (it effectively breaks down lumps into a smooth mixture). Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Place butter and cottage cheese into the bowl of a mixer, mash thoroughly into a smooth mixture. Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough and refrigerate for several hours. Take out the chilled dough, roll it out thinly, and cut out circles.

Step 2

2. Place granulated sugar into a separate bowl, take each dough circle, fold it in half, dip it in sugar, and fold it in half again.

Step 3

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the cookies on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The cookies bake very quickly, so keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
