Cottage cheese ears
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cottage cheese can be used not only for casseroles or cheesecakes, but also for delicious cookies. The main feature of this baked treat is that the cottage cheese is added directly into the dough, and if you don't know that, you'd never guess it's in there. The cookies turn out very tasty and fluffy, with an appetizing golden crust. They're especially delicious served with milk or cocoa. Enjoy them warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Take the margarine out of the refrigerator ahead of time; it can be substituted with butter. In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then add the softened margarine. Add flour gradually, as much as the dough will absorb (until it's no longer sticky to the touch). Place the prepared dough in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
