Cottage cheese sweets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I have a great idea for feeding cottage cheese to picky little eaters! In this dessert, the cottage cheese is completely unnoticeable—the taste is very chocolatey. I use dark cocoa powder, so the color might differ slightly for you, but the taste will remain the same. See the details below. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the cheese patties. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

2. Place the nuts and cookies into a food processor, turn on the machine for just a minute—this is enough time to make crumbs. It's best to dry the nuts in advance in a dry skillet until they release their nutty aroma.

Step 3

3. Done.

Step 4

4. Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt, sugar, and cocoa. Thoroughly stir with a fork.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add the nuts and cookies in parts. You can add vanilla sugar if desired.
- 6
Step 6

6. The mixture will be soft and pliable; roll into 8-10 small cheese balls and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
- 7
Step 7

7. After an hour, prepare the glaze for the curd cakes. You can make it in various ways; the easiest is to melt a chocolate bar. You can use any glaze recipe, not necessarily chocolate. The main thing is that it shouldn't be too runny. I did the following: I melted a chocolate bar, added a piece of butter (about 15 grams) and a little milk (a couple of tablespoons), but it turned out too thin. Next time, I'll omit the milk completely.

Step 8

8. Pour the warm glaze over the cold curd cheeses.

Step 9

9. Decorate the cheese balls with nuts, coconut flakes, or sprinkles. Refrigerate for about an hour to allow the glaze to cool completely.

Step 10

10. The cottage cheese "Potato" snacks are ready!
