Cottage Cheese Puff Pastries
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. You can add raisins, nuts, prunes, or candied fruit to the cottage‑cheese filling. If you have ready‑made puff pastry, making such pastries is no trouble. So you can bake them quite often, as they take very little time to prepare. They can be served with tea or coffee.
