The recipe won’t take much time. When kneading donut dough, you should pay attention to adding the flour. It should be added in portions. Since cottage cheese has varying moisture content and apples have varying juiciness, you may need more flour. Use the dough consistency as your guide. It should be thick and viscous, but if you lightly dust your hands with flour, you can still roll a ball. When shaping the donuts, do not overdo dusting the dough with flour. During frying, it will burn, which will negatively affect both the taste and appearance of the pastries. Another important frying point: the donuts should be immersed in preheated oil, but fried over low heat. The baked goods are ready. Serve them to the table.
