Cottage cheese
Description
Homemade treats for tea. These little "kisses" are familiar to many of us from childhood. They are aromatic, sweet, and incredibly delicious. Plus, they are very easy to make. The name comes from the unique shape of the cookies, resembling lips pressed together for a kiss. There are many recipes for making these cookies, and they all differ slightly. But I particularly like this one—the baked goods turn out absolutely wonderful. Serve them warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

To shape the cookies, pinch off small pieces of dough and flatten them into rounds. You can use a rolling pin or simply do it by hand.

Step 4
Then dip these circles in sugar on one side and fold them together to form a semicircle with sugar inside. Next, dip this semicircle in sugar on one side and fold it again with the sugar inside, forming a small triangle. Then dip this triangle in sugar on one side and place it sugar-side up on a greased baking sheet.
