Cottage cheese pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These delicious cottage cheese pancakes can be served hot or cold at home. As toppings, you can use anything you like: jams, condensed milk, sour cream, powdered sugar. I don't recommend adding too much sugar to the batter—better to sweeten them just before serving. With fresh berries or fruits, they become absolutely irresistible. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
