Description

You can use cottage cheese of any fat content, but do not choose a very wet one. The more moisture it contains, the more flour the dough will need, so the flatbreads will turn out denser. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    To make cottage cheese flatbreads, prepare the ingredients you need. You can press the cottage cheese through a sieve or leave it slightly lumpy.

    Combine the cottage cheese with the egg.
