
Cottage cheese flatbreads with apples in a frying pan

Delicious pastries for the whole family. Cottage cheese flatbreads with apples can be prepared for breakfast. They are not time-consuming. This recipe is convenient because it lets you use up dried-out cheese or leftover cottage cheese. Take note. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the apples and remove the core. Grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess juice.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Add an egg, grated apples, and sugar to the cheese.

Mix with a fork.

Add the flour. Depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, you may need a little more or less of it.

Start mixing the dough with a fork. When the mixture begins to form clumps, knead it with your hands.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Shape them into balls.

On a lightly floured work surface, roll each piece into a flatbread. The diameter of each should be 20 cm.

Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the prepared flatbread piece into it. Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Before adding a new flatbread for frying, pour in a tablespoon of oil each time before frying the next one.
