Description
The recipe won't take much time. The cottage cheese filling turns out very tender. If desired, you can add chopped nuts, dried fruits, or raisins to the filling. Depending on the moisture of the cottage cheese, you might need more or fewer cookies to form the filling into balls. The hole left by the toothpick can be immediately filled with chocolate or covered with nuts, sprinkled with coconut flakes or cookie crumbs. Serve chilled.
