
Cottage cheese muffins with chocolate crumble
Description
Cottage cheese muffins turn out dense and airy at the same time. One muffin is more than enough to keep hunger at bay for a long time. And if you add cottage cheese to the batter, your bake will be not only delicious but good for you too. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients listed. You can use cottage cheese of any fat content, and the same goes for butter.

Crack a chicken egg into a deep bowl, add the sugar and salt. Whisk everything with a whisk.

Grate the chocolate on a grater into crumbs and add to a container.

Add the wheat flour and baking powder, and fold them into the liquid mixture.
