
Cottage cheese buns with cherries
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The pastries turn out soft and airy, with a juicy cherry filling inside. They keep well in a bag in the refrigerator for several days. You can make the buns with any berries and fruits. The baking is done. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for cottage cheese buns with cherries. Rinse the cherries, pat them dry, and remove the pits.

Put the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Crack the egg into another bowl and mix it, then pour it into the bowl, leaving a little for brushing.

Mix everything well, then add sifted flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough.
