Cottage cheese souffle with plums
Description
Perhaps there is no dessert more delicate than soufflé. This sweet treat will appeal to both cottage cheese lovers and fruit enthusiasts, as the highlight and decoration in this recipe are caramelized plums—very beautiful, soft, and aromatic. I recommend using firm plums so they retain their shape better during baking. Moreover, be sure to bake the soufflé for a while without the plums, allowing it to cook through properly, then add the plums and continue baking until done. Serve with tea or coffee.
