Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for making cottage cheese soufflé.
- 2
Step 2

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of cold boiled water over the agar-agar. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Pour milk into a bowl or saucepan.
- 4
Step 4

Add sugar to the milk to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Add the swollen agar-agar, stir. Place the saucepan on the stove, and put the bowl, like mine, into the microwave. Bring the milk to a boil and simmer for several minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Place the cottage cheese into the milk with sugar and agar-agar.
- 7
Step 7

Blend with a blender until smooth, creamy consistency.
- 8
Step 8

Place the prepared cottage cheese mixture into molds, or all into one, as I did. Refrigerate. High-quality agar-agar sets very quickly. It will take a maximum of 1-2 hours.
- 9
Step 9

Place the cottage cheese soufflé from the mold onto a plate and serve. Enjoy your desserts!
